NEW CGI LIONEL MOVIE (REVISED)

Fri Nov 13, 2009, 4:23 PM
WARNING, PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE JOURNAL BEFORE DOING ANYTHING ELSE RELATED TO THIS.

Once again, the Lionel train company has once again drifted from the realm of model trains into the realm of novelty itemsa and side items. But this new addition to the long line of non-toy train items surpasses them all,

Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, allow me to present the FIRST EVER CGI ANIMATED LIONEL TRAIN MOVIE ENTITLED: "LIONELVILLE"

Before you start saying "What the f*** did Lionel do this time?", allow me to say that from what i've seen about and read about is that this movie MAY ACTUALLY BE INTERESTING. (Calm me crazy, but I'm serious)

The story begins when Lionel's most brilliant inventor, (Dr. ZW), invents a special type of cross dimensional toy train that can either take people into a Lionel World or make a toy train layout come to life as a litttle world. (This is just a guess since most of the story hasn't been revealed yet.) But when a group of criminals try to steal the plans to the engine but fail and thus creating a rip in the fabric of space and time.

The story then jumps a few years later where two kids try to uncover what happened years ago on that fateful day. The two kids then get syucked into an adventure to fix the space time continum where the little cross dimensional toy train takes them through a world where Lionel trains LITERALLY come to life.

Now how about that? Personally, I think its a very good story idea but I fell that the film itself may not work. What amazes me is that the aniamtion looks pretty decent, great story idea, and the Lionel trains are very closely modeled to match thier real life counterparts. Now that's something worth looking into in my book. just use the link below to see for yourself.

I'm just a train-loving, out of the ordinary, amateur artist who is told he has talent but highly doubts it. I am also planning to join the steam crew of either the Pere Marquette 1225 steam locomotive or the Huckleberry Railroad in the near future .
